Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Peter's professional focus has been on the financial, investment and valuation aspects of property. He is a former Chairman and latterly Secretary General of the European Group of Valuers' Associations (TEGoVA).He headed a team advising the European Commission on risk associated with real estate lending and the related issue of bank solvency ratios. He has extensive experience of real estate valuation and appraisal worldwide. Peter is a Director of consultants and valuers LCS International Consulting Limited. In essence LCS are buy-side analysts who carry out commercial due diligence, valuations and associated advice for major financial institutions, operational companies, and Government Agencies. He is the author of the third edition of the Approved European Property Valuation Standards and Chairman of the Editorial Board responsible for the fourth and fifth editions of European Valuation Standards.
