BOARD ROOM SESSIONS

    Countrywide Global Markets


    Robin is senior vice president of Countrywide Global Markets and part of the team responsible for developing and implementing global strategies and opportunities for Countrywide Financial Corporation, with a focus on the UK and European marketplaces.

    Prior to joining Countrywide, Robin was finance director of Alltel Mortgage Solutions, a joint venture mortgage technology and outsourcing operation, with responsibility for finance, human resources, strategy, legal and risk. Previously he was a principal consultant with KPMG's Financial Services unit specialising in strategy and corporate finance for the mortgage and savings industry. Robin also spent 2 1/2 years at the Building Societies Commission supervising up to 10 societies and with direct policy responsibility for capital adequacy and loan provisioning across the industry. Robin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in London, and has a law degree from Trinity College, Cambridge.
