managing directorCompagnie de Financement Foncier Thierry managing director of Compagnie de Financement Foncier, the mortgage bank subsidiary of Crédit Foncier de France, a company specializing in real estate financing and owned by the Group Caisse d'épargne.
Thierry is a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Foncier, which he joined in 1991. Prior to that, he served from 1989 to 1991 as chief financial officer at Caisse Autonome de Refinancement, a subsidiary of CDC, where his responsibilities included all operational activities and the group securitization business of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC). From 1985 to 1989, he was notably in charge of the bond desk obligations foncières CDC, then of government bond primary dealers. He also managed CDC's own portfolios in the finance department. From 1983 to 1984, Thierry was in charge of arranging financing for some of France's largest groups, using interest rate products and tax arrangements, in BNP's finance department. Thierry, who graduated from ENSAE and received master's degreee in mathematics from Université de Paris Dauphine, also teaches finance at several prestigious institutes of higher learning in Paris. back |
