Yaron Ernst
vice president, senior credit officerMoody's France S.A.  Yaron Ernst is a Senior Credit Officer in the structured finance group of Moody's in Paris. His responsibilities include European RMBS as well as securitisations in emerging markets. He joined Moody's New York office as a senior analyst in 1998, where he focused on mortgage-backed transactions including jumbo mortgage loans, home equity and sub-prime loans.Before joining Moody's, Yaron was a securitisation attorney with the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, where he worked on mortgage-backed and asset-backed transactions and handled various bankruptcy-related matters. Yaron is a member of the New York bar and the State of Israel bar. He holds a Certificate in Finance from New York University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tel Aviv Law School. back |
