His responsibilities include European RMBS as well as securitisations in emerging markets. He joined Moody's New York office as a senior analyst in 1998, where he focused on mortgage-backed transactions including jumbo mortgage loans, home equity and sub-prime loans.Before joining Moody's, Yaron was a securitisation attorney with the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, where he worked on mortgage-backed and asset-backed transactions and handled various bankruptcy-related matters. Yaron is a member of the New York bar and the State of Israel bar. He holds a Certificate in Finance from New York University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tel Aviv Law School. back |
