José Luís joined BCP Investimento in 1992 and currently heads the equity capital markets division. Since 1999, he has also been engaged in advising BCP on financing transactions in the international capital market including equity and hybrid securities. In this role, he was also involved in most of asset securitisation deals done by BCP, which has been the most active and innovative Portuguese originator in this area. Between 1997 and 1999, he headed a small team originating structured product, mostly retail-driven equity-linked issuance. José Luís holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France) and graduated in Business Management from the Portuguese Catholic University ("Universidade Católica Portuguesa").
