  • Pernille Lohmann
chief analyst, head of capital management & rating agencies,
    Danske Bank Group Finance

Pernille Lohmann Pernille holds a Master of Science in Economics from University of Copenhagen from 1994 and has 12 years of working experience from the Danish financial sector including the former Unibank (Nordea), the Danish Central Bank, BG Bank and Realkredit Danmark.

In February 2003, Pernille joined Danske Bank Group Finance as a chief analyst responsible for the Danske Bank Group's ratings including the ratings on Realkredit Danmark's mortgage bonds. From September 2003, she has in addition taken over the responsibility for Danske Bank's capital management.

Before this, Pernille worked for six years at Realkredit Danmark, the largest Danish mortgage credit institution and since 2001 part of the Danske Bank group. From 1997-2000 she was responsible for Realkredit Danmark's EMU preparations including the introduction of euro-denominated mortgage loans and bonds in January 1999. From 2001-2003, she was head of funding innovation, with the overall aim of adjusting Realkredit Danmark's funding activities to the ongoing internationalisation of financial markets. One of the key focus points has been on intensifying the international marketing of Realkredit Danmark's mortgage bonds as well as strengthening the rating of the bonds. In September 2001, Moody's Investors Service upgraded the rating of the bonds issued by Realkredit Danmark to Aaa, and in May 2003, Standard & Poor's assigned a AAA-rating to these bonds.
