Götz has been involved with securitisation since 1996. His current focus is on German banks and insurance companies with regard to RMBS and CMBS transactions.Götz previously headed the MBS team in the Real Estate Division of HypoVereinsbank, structuring transactions for HypoVereinsbank, HVB Real Estate, WürttHyp and WestHyp. Before specialising in mortgage loans, he dealt for five years with corporate CLOs (such as Geldilux) and the 5 billion euro ABCP Conduit BAVARIA, including the global origination and structuring of auto loan / car lease transactions as well as the refinancing of trade receivables. Prior to his work in securitisation, Götz Michl studied business administration in Germany and England and worked as credit officer for commercial mortgages. back |
