Jean-Luc Spetz Managing DirectorEUROHYPO Europäische Hypothekenbank S.A., Luxembourg Jean-Luc Spetz, a French national, graduated with a primary and a Masters Degree in Economics from Strasbourg University. He started his banking career with Deutsche Bank in 1972 in Karlsruhe, Germany, before joining the bank's head office in Frankfurt. From 1981 to 1988 he was in charge of the Milan Branch of Deutsche Bank as General Manager. After investment banking assignments in London and Frankfurt he was appointed General Manager of Europäische Hypothekenbank S.A., Luxembourg, in 1990. In 1995 Jean-Luc Spetz took over as Managing Director of EUROHYPO European Mortgage Bank plc in Dublin. In 2000, he returned to Luxembourg and joined Europäische Hypothekenbank S.A. as Managing Director. He is one of the Vice Presidents of the Brussels-based European Mortgage Federation and is also a member of the Board of the Luxembourg Bankers' Association. back |
