José Antonio Trujillo del Valle chairman and CEOInterMoney Titulización José Antonio is chairman and CEO of InterMoney Titulización, a newly created company regulated by Spanish securitisation legislation. The company is a subsidiary of Grupo Cimd, a holding of financial services based in Spain with branches in Portugal, Colombia, Argentina and Peru. InterMoney Titulización, offers a full range of services related to securitisation: advising originators, structuring transactions and the constitution, management administration and legal representation of SPVs. José Antonio pioneered securitisation in Spain as founder and CEO until 2000 of Titulización de Activos, S.G.F.T., S.A. (TdA), a well known "sociedad gestora de fondos de titulización," a frequent issuer of transactions for the international market. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and is a professor (on leave) in the Department of "Fundamentos de Análisis Económico" at Universidad Complutense of Madrid. The author of various books and numerous papers on economic theory and finance, José Antonio has wide experience as an independent consultant for financial institutions and, among others, for the Inter American Development Bank and regional governments in Spain on infrastructure finance and securitisation. back |
