BOARD ROOM SESSIONS

    Nykredit


    Erik is executive vice president of Nykredit, Denmark’s largest mortgage bank. His primary responsibilities are sales, marketing and business development of the commercial customer segment in Denmark. This involves lending activities to office, commercial and industrial properties and the coordination of the activities and the strategic development of this customer segment in the Nykredit Group.

    Erik is also responsible for the internationalisation of Nykredit’s mortgage credit activities, which primarily focus on development of activities in Poland, the Baltic states and crossborder lending in Germany, the U.K. and Sweden.

    Erik is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nykredit Polska Sp. z o.o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Mortgage Credit Foundation, Poland. He has also represented Nykredit in Realkreditrådet. He was educated at the Aarhus School of Business (Denmark), where he studied financing/organisation, and at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), where he studied law.
