After working for the Boston Consulting Group, he joined Insurer AEGON in the Corporate Strategy Department. He later moved to AEGON's investment bank subsidiary, Labouchere, where he worked in Corporate Finance.In early 1999 he joined NIB Capital Bank to head up the Bank's structured finance department, where he is responsible for the mortgage principal finance unit, asset securitisation and new principal finance business. From the beginning, Jeroen has been involved in securitisation in the Netherlands.
