Our ultimate purpose is to widen investor bases beyond national borders. To accomplish this, events are held in key investor communities worldwide. With active participation from all issuers within the IN FOCUS target market and event costs underwritten by leading dealers and market makers, each event becomes a collective "road show" that drives investment directly to domestic issuers. FOCUS ON NORDIC COVERED BONDS: Nordic Covered Bonds IN FOCUS outlined the ongoing and upcoming changes in the regulatory framework of the Nordic markets, the impact of those changes, the value chain in each of those markets and the reasons why investment in Nordic markets yields more safety and a better return than competitive fixed-income products. The event provided issuers in the Nordic region with a fair and neutral platform from which they were able to debate and discuss the strengths (and weaknesses) of their products and strategies for long-term growth, stability and investment.
