Tamara L. Adler Managing DirectorHead of Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Tamara L. Adler is the Managing Director and head of Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., leading a business that serves the complex and diverse financial needs of European corporate and government clients. In this role, Ms. Adler has direct client and transaction management responsibilities and oversees a business that includes advisory, securitisation, structured loans, structured real estate and mezzanine and bridge finance. Ms. Adler also serves as a member of JP Morgan's European Credit and Rates Leadership Group.Before joining JP Morgan in July 2001, Ms. Adler was the Managing Director heading Deutsche Bank's European Securitisation Group and was a member of Deutsche Bank's Global Markets Management Committee. Under her leadership, Deutsche Bank received numerous awards, among them, Best European Securitisation House (Euromoney, International Financing Review, Global Finance 1999, 2000), and six different Deals of the Year (International Financing Review, Euroweek, Corporate Finance, International Securitisation Report 1998,1999, 2000). Ms. Adler is also a lawyer and was a partner in the Commercial Group of Hogan & Hartson, Washington, D.C., where she advised clients on securities law and securitisation transactions. Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Ms Adler was a founding member of the Commercial Mortgage Securitisation Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and also served as a Vice President in their Government Banking Group. Ms. Adler graduated from Wellesley College (B.A. 1978) and received her law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1982). She currently serves as a member of the Bond Market Association's European Advisory Board; as a member of the Executive Committee of the European Securitisation Forum where she served as Chairman from 1999-2001; a member of the New York Bar; and in previous years she has been a member of the Urban Land Institute and its National Policy Council, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Urban Land Economics Research of the University of Wisconsin. She was selected as one of the "Top Bankers for Asset Securitisation," by the American Banker-Bond Buyer, and was similarly recognised by the Real Estate Forum. back |
