Judith Hardt Secretary GeneralEuropean Mortgage Federation  Judith Hardt is Secretary General of the European Mortgage Federation. The Federation is the leading association representing the mortgage industry at European level. Its members grant 70% Europe's outstanding mortgage loans. Judith has extensive knowledge of the EU regulatory framework and the European mortgage markets. She has written numerous articles on housing finance and is a regular speaker at conferences. She is also member of the Executive Committee of the International Union of Housing Finance. Judith joined the Federation in 1987 and was appointed Secretary General in 1993. Judith qualified as a lawyer after studies in Belgium and the US. back |
