As Senior Vice President of HVB's Real Estate Investment Banking unit, Dr. Hey is responsible for the structuring of mortgage-backed securitisation transactions.Dr. Hey, who holds a law degree and a Doctor of Law from the University of Munich, joined Vereinsbank's mortgage banking division in 1996. He established structured credit products applicable for the mortgage banking business and worked on launching Vereinsbank's MBS programme. Since the merger of Hypobank and Vereinsbank in 1998, he has been Head of Real Estate Structured Finance's mortgage-backed securitisation department, active in structuring MBS with an overall volume of more than 12 billion euros, with WuerttHyp-2001-1, Dutch Dream-2001 and Provide Comfort 2002 as the most recent transactions. back |
