Karen Naylor Managing Director, Structured Finance GroupStandard and Poor's Karen Naylor is a Managing Director in the Structured Finance Group based in London. She has worked for over nine years on asset and mortgage backed securitisations in Europe. Karen has analysed both term and commercial paper transactions secured by a diverse group of assets including residential and commercial mortgages, personal consumer loans, auto loans, credit cards and trade receivables. In addition to her analytical duties, Karen is also responsible for managing and co-ordinating residential mortgage-backed transactions across Europe. Prior to joining Standard & Poor's, she was a credit analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. in London and at National Westminster Bank in Frankfurt. back |
