    Eimer O'Rourke As Secretary of the Irish Mortgage & Savings Association (IMSA), Eimer is responsible for overseeing the operations of the IMSA, which focuses on issues particularly relevant to the mortgage and savings markets, as well as participating in a range of joint committees with the IMSA and the Irish Bankers' Federation (IBF).

    Eimer joined the Irish Mortgage and Savings Association (IMSA) in 1995, after spending two years with the Credit Department of Bank of Ireland Finance. She became Secretary of the IMSA in 2000.

    The IMSA, which evolved out of the Irish Building Societies Association, is a representative body for mortgage lenders, comprising banks and building societies. It is affiliated to the IBF, the representative body for banks in Ireland.

    Eimer graduated from the University College Dublin with a B.A. (Hons) psych in 1985 and took of a variety of roles in health services from 1986-1990. After two years of full-time study, she graduated from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD with Masters Degree in Business Studies (Financial Services) in 1992.
