Executive Director, European Office, Bond Market AssociationExecutive Director, European Securitisation Forum Scott is Executive Director of the Bond Market Association's European Office, Executive Director of its European Securitisation Forum and a BMA Vice President. Responsible for the daily operation of the European Office, he oversees an array of legal, regulatory, capital and market practice initiatives and projects in the European securitisation, global funding and cross-market arenas. He is a member of the International Bar Association. Scott began his legal career in 1993 as an attorney for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in the Legal Department's Division of Bank Supervision and Markets. He received a B.S., cum laude, from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and a doctorate in law from Boston College Law School. He was a Fulbright Scholar in comparative law at the Universität M¨nchen in Germany. back |
