ConsultantMirko is an interim management consultant with extensive experience in the mortgage finance business. From 1999 to 2001, he was chief executive officer of E-Loan Europe N.V., a joint venture among E-Loan US, Vivendi and Softbank. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of the Transaction Banking Division of Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt and chief operations officer and chief financial officer of HYPO-Bank subsidiary Direkt Anlage Bank AG, Germany's first discount broker.
