Philippe Tapernoux Director, European Securitisation GroupUBS Warburg Philippe joined UBS Warburg in 1995 and was involved in corporate finance and bank lending. For the past six years, Philippe's focus has been on European securitisation, completing transactions in a number of jurisdictions, most recently in the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and Greece. He has worked on a number of "first" transactions, including the securitisation of Embedded Value for UK insurer NPI, the first European Lottery securitisation for the Greek government or the first mortgage securitisation programme for Dutch financial institution SNS bank. Philippe holds a degree in business administration and economics from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. back |
