Jeroen ("Jerome") van Hessen
Head of Structured FinanceNIB Capital Bank Jeroen Van Hessen studied macroeconomics at the University of Rotterdam and Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam. After working for the Boston Consulting Group, he joined Insurer AEGON in the Corporate Strategy Department. He later moved to AEGON's investment bank subsidiary, Labouchere, where he worked in Corporate Finance.In early 1999 he joined NIB Capital Bank to head up the Bank's Structured Finance department, where he is responsible for the Mortgage Principal Finance unit, Asset Securitisation and new Principal Finance business. From the beginning, Jeroen has been involved in securitisation in The Netherlands. He has been responsible for the four sequental securitisations of Share Lease receivables (LABS), NIBC's Dutch MBS programme and several other transactions including the recent first-ever International Shipping Loan Securitisation "Latitude Synthetic I". back |
