As an active investor and commentator, she focuses on emerging technologies and business models, emerging markets (Eastern Europe) and emerging companies. Dyson has devoted her life to discovering the inevitable and promoting the possible, which made her the perfect speaker to open the event. Dyson was, in fact, the model and catalyst for EuroCatalyst 2002 itself. Dyson spoke on globalisation, technology and the future of national market structures.
TAMARA ADLER KEYNOTE ADDRESS
The future of capital markets: how European lenders can avoid being left behind (September 24)
Tamara Adler is one of Europe's structured finance pioneers, having made unparalleled advances for the European MBS industry in the late 1990s with synthetic structures. Due to her historic role in the development of European MBS markets, we asked Tamara to return to the European mortgage industry to reflect on the future of European mortgage lending in the context of capital market structures. Tamara keynoted Day 2, introducing the session on European mortgage-backed securities. We were privileged and honored to have her at our inaugural event and appreciated her efforts to support EuroCatalyst and the European mortgage lending industry despite her emeritus status.
